Mechtler (Far East) Limited was established in November 1996. The company specializes in custom-made light fittings for all types of projects.

Working closely with owners, Architects and Interior Designers, we seek to realize the visions of owners and the design intentions of designers. We provide consultancy and support in all aspects of the project, ranging from design suggestions and innovations to technical specifications and graphic drawings.

In partnership with our Associates, we manufacture and supply a wide range of requirements. From Austria come the most elegant and glamorous hand-cut crystal-glass chandeliers. In Italy are fabricated beautiful and, if desired colorful, chandeliers complemented by wall-brackets, table lamps and standing lamps. Our factory in China produces a lower range of typical room light fittings such as well lamps, table lamps and floor lamps. These are made of brass with high-gloss polish, lacquered and plated in 24 carat gold.

In addition, we have sources that are able to produce fittings in other materials such as cast brass, alabaster, and various resins.

The principal, Georg Mechtler, has been in the Lighting business for more than twenty years, providing lighting solutions to customers in Asia, the Middle East and Europe. He is familiar with all aspects of the business and has supplied five-star hotels, mosques, palaces, Opera houses, theaters and government buildings.

Through the many years of experience and vast amount of projects that we have undertaken, we specialize in custom-made light fittings (Chandeliers, Pendent Lights, Wall Scones, Floor/Table/Desk/Bedside/ Reading Lamps, etc) for all types of projects.
Restoration of Chandeliers and Pendent Lights are one of the services that we provide to a vast amount of clients. Apart from re-plating of the metal parts, we are also able to fabricate and repair missing/damaged parts of the chandelier to make it look complete and new. Aside to that, we are also able to replicate hand blown glass, molded glass and all sorts of crystals for any chandeliers.
Cleaning of Chandeliers be it big or small, we are able to get them clean and sparkling after our professional cleaning. Our experienced team are able to handle any size chandeliers and nothing is too difficult for them.
Installation of Chandeliers is also one of the services being provided. When it comes to chandelier installation with the help from helicopters or scaffolding, we do the with the outmost precision. Enormous Chandeliers usually comes in many hundreds or thousands parts packed separately but nothing stops us from assembling them from scratch given our many years of experience in Chandelier Installation.
